Third week of May and we have had wall to wall sunshine, great but it brings a sting in the tail as we had very little rain and no snow over the winter so it looks like water will be scarce this summer as the springs dry up, not every cloud has a silver lining!

But the vines are busy and putting on 20cm of growth every week now and the grape buds are forming, such a beautiful sight and hope for the season.
